Donation Policy:

Grant Line Garden Center is proud to be an important partner for our community. We thank you for your support and for considering us part of your fundraising efforts. Each year, we are asked to assist many worthwhile charitable organizations, causes and events. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Please remember that submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the many requests we receive, submission guidelines have been implemented so that we can assist as many organizations as possible. Please take a moment to become familiar with the policies before submitting your request.

Donation Request Submission Guidelines

• All donation requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.
• Organizations must complete a DONATION REQUEST FORM to be considered.
• Grant Line Garden Center will consider requests for non-profit organizations in Floyd (IN), Clark (IN), Harrison (IN), and Jefferson (KY) counties.
• Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period.
• Donations will be given in the form of Grant Line Garden Center plants, materials, and/or Grant Line Garden Center gift cards. (NO MONETARY DONATIONS OR AD SPACE)
• Grant Line Garden Center is unable to donate to for-profit companies, private organizations or to events that benefit one individual (or family of).

Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for your request to be processed.

Grant Line Garden Center applauds the tireless efforts of the many fundraisers seeking donations for their organizations. Each request we receive is given careful consideration. While we try to respond positively to as many charitable organizations as possible, given the number of requests we receive annually, we regret that we cannot contribute to all of them. If your request is not approved, please keep us in mind for next year.
